Finally a coach for us coaches.
I believe the most important part of leading people is to provide excellent coaching and guidance. All too often though, those of us in leadership positions don't have anyone who is providing coaching and guidance to us. I applaud Kim and Russ for filling this gap through a podcast that challenges with practical advice and wisdom that has been learned in the School of Hard Knocks.
