Good podcast for managers of people
Enjoying the podcast. Just curious about one thing: in the intro Kim says it's about "How to not hate the boss you have or be the boss you hate". Not really hearing much on the "how to not hate the boss you have". Mostly this is about how to "not be the boss you hate" by learning through their examples, which are revealing. Have to applaud their willingness to talk about the mistakes they've made.Read full review »

I'm recently retired, and love this podcast. I connect because for 30+ years I vowed not to supervise or manage like the many bad or mediocre bosses I had, specifically with regard to very specific tactics and behaviors.
