I found that I listen to each episode twice because I don't want to forget the advice and specific tips. And as a small business owner I LOVE specific tips I can use RIGHT NOW. While Kim and Russ are highly experienced in managing people, they are also extremely vulnerable --- they actually talk a lot about their worst mistakes as managers so we can learn from their hindsight.
