great except for 1 thing...
Lisa. The reason she annoys many is her constant interruptions, which if you think about it are normal for a typical phone call to let someone know you are still there and listening but for a podcast really shuts out and makes her sound abrasive and even dismissive at times. What aggravated me was her OBVIOUS bias and made up mind inserting itself and her objections to anything Jim might say that makes Steven Avery look more guilty. She knows what his job is and he is separating his opinion from the facts and behaviors to develop a criminal profile yet she rejects the animal cruelty and domestic violence as normal. There may be other people who do this who don't end up murdering people but those people weren't the last to see someone alive whose remains and car were found on their residence. So Jim isn't looking at them right now. I do think they bring up a lot of points people have been blinded to by purposeful omission in the documentary or because they aren't behavioral analysts looking for this stuff. Personally I'm still suspicious of the ex boyfriend who wasn't even investigated and was VERY involved, and the cops should have gotten an alibi and ruled him out as another obvious suspect to prove their case. And obviously there was a lot of bias and police misconduct and he should get a retrial but the police have already made removal of reasonable doubt nearly impossible by these errors. I hope Lisa will either change her approach or remove herself from participation in the discussions here since she really doesn't add anything except her own antagonistic bias. Interested to hear more lesser known cases.Read full review »

Jim and Laura are outstanding. But Lisa please stop with the mhm' after every intellectual statement or point. I am barely makinging it through episode 3 with all of the sympathetic sighs and constant mhm after every other sentice or statements.Read full review »
