You can lose weight using keto, intermittent fasting, Weight Watchers, tracking macros, counting calories, Noom, the Mediterranean Diet, a vegan diet, or you could get weight loss surgery or choose to take one of the new weight loss drugs - ozempic, wegovy, or mounjaro.  But there are a few questions you need to ask and some big warning signs to watch out for.
