Just what I needed.
Wow! I’ve been struggling for years with weight loss. This podcast showed up on my suggestion list and I took a shot. The bully in my brain is the biggest problem I have. Someone once told me to just think that food is fuel and not to worry what it is or how it tastes. Food is only fuel. I couldn’t handle it. I love food and the way it tastes. I felt like I was guilty every time I would make my food taste better but wouldn’t loss weight. I look forward to hearing more from you. Everything you have said is great and just what I needed at the right time.

Dove deep into this podcast on a rainy, Cov-19 day. Lots of respect for Corey telling it like is and not trying to push some sexy sounding BS like the rest of the 99% of the fitness and weight-loss industry. It’s easy to understand and his voice is very clear.

Corey’s approach to weight loss is so refreshing! No crazy diets. No insane advice. He’s funny, down to earth and entertaining to listen to. And clearly he knows his stuff! I’ve already recommended this podcast to all my friends! I’ll be a listener as long as Corey has something to say!
