“I just found this podcast a month ago (July 2022) when searching for “weight loss motivation.” When I discovered it, the current episode was #200. So, I started from the beginning and, as of right now, I am on episode #100.
A lot of people may say they don’t know why they can’t lose weight bc they’re doing everything right, from food to exercise. Well, that’s not my problem. I know all the crap I eat and the lack of exercise are why I’m overweight, lol. No big secret there. I know what foods I should eat and even what exercises I should do. The problem lies with the thoughts in my head. And that’s why I love this podcast.
This podcast doesn’t just tell you what to eat and what exercises to do… how could it? Everyone’s situation is different so it would be impossible to try to address each one in a general podcast.
Instead, Corey tells it like it is and provides great motivation. I know if I could just get what’s going on in my brain in check that the rest would follow more easily. While I work on that, I will continue to listen to this podcast and maybe by the time I am on the most current episode I will be in a better place mentally so I can work on the physical.”
