Interesting but slightly ignorant
I do love Courtney and Realfoodology. I have mad respect for all her work and knowledge. I also agree with everything she says about our food systems, immune systems, and health as a western country. My only issue with the podcast is that when trying to reiterate her ideas, her tone or voice and word choices make her sound judgmental and ignorant toward the reality of food and health access in the US. While trying to shed light on how the system has failed the people, she sounds like she’s blaming the people for the way the system is. By “people” I mean, the average American. I really do love what she and this podcasts stands for, and I know she has received backlash on Instagram which she claims is for “just speaking the truth;” I don’t think anyone inherently disagrees with her, I just think many of us recognize not every person is lucky enough to have access to real food and nutrients, as sad as that is. I really hope she takes this review as constructive criticism and not as a negative review.

I would love if Courtney would do a solo episode with no guests to talk about her habits and...Read full review »
