Love the concept
Love the concept of the show. Really entertaining as a listener. One thing caught my attention though in this last episode of roast pork. Dave, I understand that it’s “easier” to just use a disposable aluminum pan to roast the bo ssam, but what message are you leaving your listeners? Embrace your inner California and do the sustainable thing! Clean out the aluminum to be recyclable, or use the roasting pan which is reusable. Just saying... Keep up the good work!
