Wishing you huge congratulations on the new podcast! I think this spinoff has unbelievable potential and am so happy to have been a listener from the very beginning, Episode -2 (?), BLTs on the Dave Chang Show. I love how the concept and format is already evolving and improving, even after just a few episodes. I am a chef who, like Dave, feels recipes are simply a suggestion. The fun is viewing the recipe as a guide and using your experience, intuition and pantry to improve it and make it your own. I look forward to getting involved and even sharing some recipes of my own! Keep up the good work.

as an Indian American I want to love Priya, but she is just so annoying. This girl is like “I was thinking of talking about matar paneer” on a TURKEY episode. Like dude what. Anyway imma still give 5 stars for the pod in general
