Make something all the hosts like...
I’ve listened to all three instalments of your show (back to the ones on the Dave Chang Show) and I don’t understand why you have featured foods that at least one of the hosts/guests despises on every episode. Either get a different guest or choose a different food to cook when they are on. The sum result of each episode from one or more of the hosts/guests was: 1) I hate one or more of the main components of this dish, 2) I made something completely different that didn’t even feature said component, 3) To conclude, I still hate that ingredient/complement, I find it disgusting, and these dishes would be better (and a completely different thing) without it. I’m all for improvising, but at least use the titular ingredient in the dish! Also, maybe don’t have a vegetarian (who also hates mayo?) on the episodes for turkey, chicken parm and BLTs... maybe some fish dishes? Or some vegetable dishes?

Love the concept of the show. Really entertaining as a listener. One thing caught my attention though in this last episode of roast pork.
