“It's easy to see the humor and social commentary of South Park, but this wisecrack team from Wisecrack have the ability to take the episodes and go beyond that and dive deep into actual and potential plots, references and interpretations on a weekly basis.
However, I do feel compelled to say something negative and it is what I'm hereby naming "Rating Inflation". With the exception of one person on the podcast, I feel the the people behind the pod consistently rate episodes substantially higher than I do (for reference: their average A episode, is around a C for me). Of course this is not really a criticism as much as it is stating a difference of opinion, since the appreciation of both humor and social commentary is subjective. However, I do se a potential problem on the horizon. In a world where (from my perspective) mediocre episodes get A or A+ ratings, how will the podcast handle future episodes that turn out to be nothing short of fantastic? A++++++? I guess we'll find out in due time.
