Going to be interesting to see if the narrative structure - moving from subject to subject - every few months will be as captivating as the History of Rome. That said, a few episodes in and I'm captivated already: King Charles the Martyr is coming across as King Charles the Pain-in-the-A** he no doubt was. rather late, after they were all done. I am still in the middle of them but is far and away my favorite podcast. I was elated when I heard Mike had started another. I will redouble my listening of HoR so I can get to hear Revolutions as they come out.

It is truly a joy to hear Mike's voice again. I feel his History of Rome podcast set the standard for any show that would attemp a linear historical narrative. It was whitty and educational.
