I have listened to all of Mr Herrings podcasts over the years ( I gave up on the snooker one ages ago) and apart from the one with Andrew (please sort it out) I really enjoy this one it's very touching in parts missing his family and I feel for him and enjoy the business side of it. So keep...Read full review »

This is a great podcast that reveals the post show analysis that Herring (the Fish) go through each time Herring (the Man) performs his show onstage. It's very interesting and funny in a different way to his stand-up material. Thank you Richard Herring for the countless hours of laughs.Read full review »

This is a fascinating look into what it's like to be a stand up on tour, from the different references that go in each night to make the show relevant for the venue to the honesty about missing family. Richard is easy to listen to and gives so much more away than any other comedian around,...Read full review »

Fantastic further insight into Richard's brain... Makes me annoyed that I'm living 7000 miles away and won't get to see the show. Come on Singapore, book Richard Herring!! At least Ryanair don't fly here. Great podcast for stand-up fans and fascinating back stage insight for...Read full review »

This is a must for ALL Richard Herring fans as well as stand up fans. This is a proper behind the curtain look at how you deal with being a performer. Best thing you have done as its funny and the real Herring.

As pure entertainment and comedy this gets 2 stars. It is repetitive and can get boring with only moments of fun when Rich is clearly trying to keep himself entertained with inside jokes and self deprecation. But then isn't that the point. This is exactly how life appears to be in the...Read full review »

Have you ever wondered what goes through the mind of a comedian prior to going onstage??? this is a great little insight into the boring and has the added touch of being funny. Hardest 'fans' working comic does it again. Brilliant for me as I can't get to the show this year.Read full review »

Stumbled onto this when suddenly realising that there is no place in the world for Answer Me This. Hint, "Google" your mundane questions, or if you must then address to the funny sound man chappy. Anyway, good honest backstage stuff from a certified comedy legend here. Will Square Space...Read full review »

Perhaps not everybody's cup of tea but for fans of Richard's comedy, this podcast provides a witty insight into what it's like touring as a comedian. Lots of backstage snippets and personal anecdotes and thankfully not too much about Stewart Lee or Andrew Collings. Nice, groutRead full review »

It is fairly suitable to use as background noise when pottering around, perhaps a spot of gardening, now that it is springtime, or doing the washing up. Warning. If you are excepting popular character, Robot Voice (or Robot Me1/2) to appear, you will be bitterly disappointed.
