Interesting, amiable and funny
This is a fascinating look into what it's like to be a stand up on tour, from the different references that go in each night to make the show relevant for the venue to the honesty about missing family. Richard is easy to listen to and gives so much more away than any other comedian around, both figuratively and literally. The point isn't to be funny all the time but it is funny, very funny at times and is a must for comedy fans. Of course, if you want to get read out on the podcast you have to say something like "Richard is worse than Jimmy Savile" or something so I'll end with that. But he's not worse. As good, if anything.Read full review »

It's very interesting and funny in a different way to his stand-up material. Thank you Richard Herring for the countless hours of laughs.Read full review »
