New to regular rowing 51 and 1/2
Rejoined a gym as loosing motivation on the road bike. Started to row and had even less motivation. Found this podcast and have enjoyed the last 4/ 52 of exercise. A consistent prompt with coaching tips on form. Detailed and expertly explained structured work outs. Excellent conversational voice with non sequiturs that add to passing the time. Thank you. Will keep on rowing

Great podcast, turn up to gym, no need to think about what to do, just press play and you are guided through an awesome workout. Nice voice to listen to and creative way of coaching, especially enjoyed the rowing through the caves story!
