This reminds me about good form, provides specific benchmarks to hit in terms of stroke rate and customized splits, and helps the time go by during a tough and effective workout. New to regular rowing 51 and 1/2
Rejoined a gym as loosing motivation on the road bike. Started to row and had even less motivation. Found this podcast and have enjoyed the last 4/ 52 of exercise. So fun!
I love the show’s inherent quirkiness. The entertainment value complements, doesn’t retract from, the intensity of the workouts. I especially appreciate the reminders to keep good form, something I desperately need when I get fatigued.
