Was better back in the day
Way to much focus on drugs and your love for a few random woman in running isn’t authentic. Plenty of the runners and coaches you celebrate are just as guilty as the people you despise?

Great podcast! Seems like it's not really made for beginners because the paces and mileage they talk about are fairly advanced but it is a good way to get introduced to professional running and runners.
