Great podcast! Seems like it's not really made for beginners because the paces and mileage they talk about are fairly advanced but it is a good way to get introduced to professional running and runners. I love the focus on mental training in addition to physical training. I also really like the balanced discussions of men and women's events.Read full review »

I like the podcast until he said: β€œI don’t care what the science says...”. Well, science is about facts, not feelings. Is so frustrating because is so difficult to find podcasts based on facts about running.
