Love the sage advice, intro too long
I’m training for my first marathon and while I think this podcast is tailored more toward experienced runners and “front of the pack”-ers, I’ve found the question & answer and race prep episodes very helpful. I would just request that the podcast start time be entered in the show notes so you can skip the current events intro if you want.
