Love their real talk about all things running!
This is an amazing podcast that has made me a true fan of the sport! They have introduced me to so many different aspects of running from my own training to what is happening on the professional level. I love how real they are with any topic that is covered. Through their podcast, I was also able to find a running coach in their program which has been amazing to practice what I hear on their episodes. I always look forward to what is next and anxiously await their recaps from big races! I also LOVE how they incorporate 'non elite' runners and elite runners. Not every running podcast does that and I truly TRULY enjoy it. I would argue that we often need more 'every day runners' I love hearing that what I'm going through is the same as others. I also love hearing from the pros and the fact that they to go through what we do, just at faster paces.Read full review »

This podcast has changed how I run and I can't say enough great things about it. It is a perfect balance of current events and training tips for runners. I have especially enjoyed the series on mental training. Thanks Chris and Steve!
