She ran 2,197 miles in 40 days, 18 hours, and 6 minutes, averaging over 50 miles every single day. They talk about her recovery since, her running career before, and the trail itself; for us two Brits it was a source of fascination to learn about sharing the trail with animals that could potentially eat you!

Dan Lawson broke the National 3 Peaks Challenge by foot in August when he summited the 3 Peaks and ran between each of them. We chat about Nomadic Saunas (need one), recovery, and the experience both of them had during this record breaking run. Darren finishes off reciting one of the first odes he made and sent to Dan after his Lejog record - which turned out to be the start of a firm friendship and, ultimately, the seeds of the Green Runners.

Mike Duggan is the Co-ordinator of the ITRA Olympic Trail Running Working Group who is trying to get trail running admitted as a sport into the 2032 Olympics and Paralympics.
