I sometimes get to listen to a podcast in my gap periods of class, and I just pick a random podcast, but somehow I'm always mind blown with knowledge that weirdly resonates with me so accurately no matter where I start in the series. Seriously. It's pretty freaky how they always talk about the specific problems I run into when I train (maybe I'm bugged). From learning on how I should tackle training to avoid/fix injury, to changing my mindset and becoming an effective athlete. Definitely π₯ content.
