“Saga Thing is a phenomenal show, and definitely in the top of history podcasts. John and Andy are so fun to listen to - especially when they are quipping at each other! Its the perfect chemistry for a show: men who have clearly been friends a long time, are both extremely knowledgable in what they're discussing, and passion to boot.
This is one of the most academically oriented podcast I've come across, and that only makes it more fascinating and engaging. They are tackling a topic that has SO many elements to consider, and they manage to give you the whole story, and then more. I always look forward to a new episode.
And of course, a section called "Notable Witticisms" is just the best.
