Description
Life often challenges us with moments of anger, fear, and grief—emotions that arise from the primal belief that love is absent, or that we have become separate from the infinite, all-encompassing force that transcends time and space and is at the very core of all existence.
But what if this grief, this feeling of isolation, is rooted in a profound misunderstanding? What if the absence of love we feel in certain moments is not an absence at all, but simply a disconnection from the truth that love has always been with us? In these difficult moments, the key is not to resist or suppress the feelings, but to use them as a gateway for transformation.
Take this opportunity to focus on the parts of yourself that give rise to these emotions. Instead of letting them control you, turn inward and recognize them for what they truly are: an invitation to surrender to love itself. Love was never absent. It is the truth of who you are—always present, always waiting for you to return to it.
By surrendering your fear, anger, and grief to love, you begin to heal. As you release these burdens, you open yourself to peace, understanding, and compassion. And as you walk this path, you are called to share the fruits of your inner work with the world. Offer kindness, understanding, and compassion to everyone you meet—not as an obligation, but as a natural expression of the love you are reconnecting with. In doing so you have a profound effect on the energy of this planet, and all hearts everywhere, near and far.
There will, of course, be times when being kind or loving feels challenging. In those moments, remember: this is exactly where your work lies. Difficult feelings are opportunities to practice love and compassion—not only toward others, but toward yourself. Recognize these moments as signals that you are being invited to go deeper—deeper into your own heart, deeper into the truth that love is always available and always within reach.
Ultimately, the path to peace is one of constant return. Return to love, return to understanding, and return to the truth that, in every moment, you are never truly separate from the One Love you seek—and already are, have always been.
Of course, this may seem impossible at times, especially given the circumstances of any given moment. However, the fact remains that this is your work: to remember the truth of a Love beyond measure, a Love that patiently waits for your return. This work on yourself is the greatest gift you can offer humanity, and it is at the heart of the divine plan manifest here on Earth. Nigel Lott teaandzen.org
