Simply inspiring - a review and post question
Victor, I am a Sleep Expert and I sell beds, in fact you own one made by my company. Although I have been successful throughout my career - my numbers have slowly getting worse for more than a year. I have gone from #1 to last on my team. After speaking with my peers I feel that I have identified information asymmetry as my primary problem. The issue is that I cannot seem to put myself in the customers shoes - In other words, I don't understand how to simplify the information that I provided to them. I don't want my customers to feel as though I'm giving them too much info but I also don't want them to feel as though they cannot feel confident making a buying decision. I believe that I give them as much information as I do because I'm trying to block common objections later on in the sales process. What advice can you give me to ensure that I am blocking frequent objections before they arise while still reducing information asymmetry? You are awesome - I know if anyone can help it will be you . Whether or not you’re in sales, this is an awesome podcast! I saw Victor at a live event and was hooked immediately. The quick, single point-oriented format and frequent release schedule is great for keep up motivation. Content is fantastic and Victor’s upbeat delivery makes this an easy listen.
