I can’t recommend Sam’s podcast enough! Whether you are a coach or someone who is on their own health journey, the information that he dives into regarding hormones, metabolism, macros, leaves you wondering “All of this knowledge, for free???”. His podcast is unlike any other coaches that I’ve found and he always finds a way to keep it interesting while keeping everything science-based. I utilize his SHREDS model when it comes to assessing my own clients for their weekly check-ins. His podcast alone has helped me become a better coach and has helped me learn things about my own body that I didn’t even know.

I trust Sam with some of the maintenance in my own ongoing professional health and fitness career. His podcasts are complex yet still so easily digestible. Something you would be better for if you included into your daily/weekly routine.
