Sam always has current content wonderfully explained to make it very easy to understand and digest. His content is well studied and relevant to the coaching arena, or for those who are interested in getting and staying healthy and fit. No bull.

Talks obnoxiously fast
I love the information and topics and grateful for the time and energy he puts into the podcast but it’s a little obnoxious how fast he speaks. If he’s trying to provide quality information so people can change their lives, what is talking that fast helping?

Love this podcast! I love that most episodes are shorter and more easily digestible, and they can feel less overwhelming that way. He is able to break complex topics down to be easily understood and has a huge variety of topics. Highly recommend!
