Reverse dieting podcast
Overall Sam’s podcast is one of my favourite as it truly helps me become a better coach to serve my clients better and in the healthiest way possible. The reverse dieting podcast was one that truly stuck out to me as reverse dieting is a concept that truly only “popped up” in the fitness community fairly recently and he really breaks it down. Sam’s knowledge of hormones and nutrition on such a scientific level is out of his world and inspires me to learn more and be a better coach daily!
