“As a 29 year old woman I am in the midst of my Saturn Returns. In this tumultuous period I am finding it’s repercussions amplified as I have more time to turn to introspection. Which sometimes is lost in the noise of everyday busy life. This is both a blessing and a curse, an opportunity to get rid of what is not serving me BUT also an excuse to overthink.
Your podcast is providing me with critical food for thought but also a reminder to CALM DOWN. It has made me feel so uplifted and so uncomfortable. Uncomfortable in that I am questioning long held beliefs and habits that I know don’t suit who I am becoming. I have laughed out loud every time you chuckle and say ‘I’m so uncomfortable’. I’m right there with you. Thank you for your candour.”
