People who are looking for therapy advice please go to therapy! Don’t listen if you are expecting someone to tell you what to do. It’s not a one size fits all. This is what is working for them. Might not for you. This is a truly a phenomenal podcast. I’m not looking for advice, but I love...Read full review »

I had high hopes for this podcast, but unfortunately it fell short of my expectations. The episodes often feel disjointed and lack a clear direction, making it hard to follow and stay engaged. The hosts sometimes seem unprepared, and the advice given often feels generic and uninspired. Not to...Read full review »

I don’t listen to many podcasts, it these two are entertaining and insightful! There convos are honest which can be hard to handle, but it’s sooo helpful to listen to

Couldn’t believe how much I learned from listening to these two. As a man it can be hard to really look at myself, so I know this is basic but hearing men talk about their feelings is actually necessary.

Lou and Michael are so relatable. They really put a new perspective on mens mental health. Can’t wait for future episodes!

During this podcast I enjoyed hearing from the perspective of men. To know I can relate to other people makes me happy. This podcast is very open minded and not at all judgmental. It’s something I enjoy listening too and not feel like it’s a chore.

Love this podcast! I don’t usually like men talking, but these guys are real and growing. I love how they call each other out with love—truly refreshing! My first listen every Monday. Amended: the negative reviews clearly don’t understand that these guys are supposed to challenge each other…Lou...Read full review »

This pod is so great! These guys obviously have their work to do like us all!!! The negative reviews are just people who think this is their friendship, where it’s beyond just these convos! They care deeply about each other’s growth and are so diff, but it’s so entertaining! Love them both and...Read full review »

During the podcast I got to learn a lot about not just the struggle of mental health with men but of the relationship between Lou and Mike. Their friendship is a pure demonstration of what it actually is having friends. Sometimes you may disagree or agree because you collide with two very...Read full review »

I honestly had to stop listening and unsubscribe. Lou is so unempathetic toward Mike and it just makes me so sad. Allegedly they’re supposed to be friends, but there just seems to be no effort to try to understand where Mike is coming from. Run, Mike, run!

Liked it at the beginning. This has quickly become a podcast where Lou is right about everything and bullies his friend. I relate highly to Lou also, but have more compassion. Most people listening relate to both of you, and when you start berating your friend, your berating everyone who relates....Read full review »

I think it's an interesting niche since it seems there's not a lot of men out there who talk about their emotions and therapy journey, so I was excited to listen. Honestly, though.... I'm bored. Nothing groundbreaking but good luck to them.Read full review »

So real. So raw. Like a convo on the couch with your emotionally intelligent bestie. The balance back and forth between them is fabulous and I love that they can so easily and naturally pivot from one persons life and the goings on, back to the other, and share the convo space so wonderfully....Read full review »

Love listening to the two of you figure life out together. It didn't take me long to catch up on episodes, and today was my first weekly listen. Now I'm just like the rest of the peasants. Keep keeping it real.Read full review »

Staaahhppppp. Lou. You have to stop beating Mike up. I can barely listen to it anymore. Self-awareness is something to work on. You have to find a better, nicer way to talk to him. I think that Mike is far more self-aware. Every word out of your mouth sounds negative. I wouldn’t last five minutes...Read full review »

I binged the first 26 episodes in a month’s time, right after my ex broke off our engagement. I feel heard, seen, and inspired by these two men who talk about their feelings and experiences in such a raw way. Thank you for helping me cry it out, experience grief in a safe space, and giving me...Read full review »

This podcast brilliantly fills a necessary gap in the overly- saturated, amateur mental health podcast space. These two are entertaining, authentic, relatable and honest, humorously providing refreshing insight into the male psyche. Bravo!

Love this podcast, insightful hilarious and learning through the process. It’s re-assuring to hear guys be vulnerable and open.

I found them on TikTok. I felt myself relating to Michael talking about his grief over his moms passing. For many years I felt alone in my grief. It’s incredibly painful. And i felt shame because I’m an “adult” and I shouldn’t be still stuck in my grief. The tears are bigger and endless and now I...Read full review »

Found a clip on IG Reels and immediately had to find the podcast. I’ve been binging ever since. Things are so relatable and validating in my case.
