New learner
I have been reading, meditating and practicing yoga for some time and was interested in learning a little about Buddhism, but….I’m not religious and didn’t know how this could work. This is my find of the decade. Very relatable content which helps me try and make sense of things/life and fundamentally be a better me. I love the use of parables as it helps me grasp the meaning with more clarity.

I'm only on episode 4 and I've already learned so much. Noah has an easy voice to listen to, understands how to speak to an audience, and gives great examples that truly helped me have a better concept of what Buddhism truly means. I’m a big fan of this podcast. I think Noah presents a very well rounded and accessible guide for secularists to approach Buddhism.
