“I find this podcast to be a reliable source for what it purports to be: A clear distillation of Buddhist concepts and teachings, free of some of the more esoteric and divine or supernatural components of the tradition. His style is conversational and a bit extemporaneous, which sometimes detracts from the listener's confidence in his authority or expertise. But as someone who has studied Buddhism and read many books on the subject, I can say that he gets it right, and he does a lovely job explaining it.
