Exactly what it purports to be
I find this podcast to be a reliable source for what it purports to be: A clear distillation of Buddhist concepts and teachings, free of some of the more esoteric and divine or supernatural components of the tradition. His style is conversational and a bit extemporaneous, which sometimes detracts from the listener's confidence in his authority or expertise. But as someone who has studied Buddhism and read many books on the subject, I can say that he gets it right, and he does a lovely job explaining it. I also appreciate his real-world examples and personal anecdotes.Read full review »

This has really opened my eyes to Buddhism and has answered many questions I have had in life. The duality of the mind, the idea on inter dependence and impermanence are explained so well. Thank you for this podcast and the work you do Noah.
