Most Grounding Podcast I've Ever Listened To
Noah has a calm voice. He has a very simple way of relating things, and he's aided in my challenge toward a greater quality of life. Open space for your primitive mind to react, observe difficult emotions and do not fuse them, and acknowledge interdependence to break from painful notions of "I". I had a very grounding experience that has changed my life. Made my more open to my feelings, less anxious, and more compassionate. I especially reccomend "Who Are You?", "Master Meditation by Not Meditating", and "Freedom from the Pursuit of Happiness".Read full review »
