Perfect for people who are interested in learning some ideas to hopefully improve life or get help to deal with crises. I'd say this is for people like me who are not religious or going to read full Buddhist texts. Noah Rasheta is so nuturing and accepting. He offers Buddhist wisdom as it has been revealed in his life and he does so with such an oppenness to wherever his listeners may be coming from. I love his clear illustrations, humility, and the hope that his message brings to me.
