Appropriate for everyone
Noah’s podcast is great for everyone. People who are simply curious about what Buddhism teaches, to people who want to start learning these teachings and skills to apply them to their own lives. If you listen from the beginning, you can also follow Noah on his journey as he grows stronger in his skills and knowledge of Buddhist practice and teachings. His forthright and practical approach to the teachings, and how he sometimes shares how he’s applied these to some of his greatest personal challenges, has helped me greatly. Thank you so much!
