I appreciate Noah’s explanations on Buddhist philosophy that makes it feel practical and applicable. His words are thoughtful and clear and I enjoy listening to his opinions that I can easily relate. His tone is steady and soft. He comes across as a caring individual who has the best intentions with every word. I am proud to have been following Noah since he began his podcast. It has helped shape my life.

I have never studied or practiced Buddhism. It's a very new concept to me, but I feel like this podcast breaks it down very well and makes things very easy to understand.
