Father’s Day and the Summer Solstice (in the Northern Hemisphere) have just passed bringing their unique blend of energies. As we celebrate these times with our families and friends, remembering the sacred truth: even Father Sun on the longest day at the height of their brilliance, yields to the Light and begins the long descent into Winter’s embrace only to be reborn as the cycle must ever repeat. We too are part of this cycle – riding the rhythm of time. In our daily lives, we often lose sight of our blessings and see only what needs to be fixed or healed. So often we focus only on the healing aspects of our spiritual journey. Reiki is an excellent modality to assist with healing whether on the physical, emotional, mental or spiritual levels. AND Reiki can also be used to reveal our gifts, talents, innovations, inspirations, dreams and blessings. In this episode, Cathy guides us on a Reiki Journey to the Blessings Fields, a beautiful garden-like meadow filled with flowers and tall grasses and butterflies and birds and all things alive and vibrating. As we sit in the Blessings Field, we will be given the opportunity to receive Blessings from all the elements of our creation. And as the ‘remembering of these blessings’ comes flooding in, we will ask to see and be shown lifetimes of exceptional mastery, lifetime of abundance, excellent health, contentment. We will be shown, and we will know all these gifts and talents exist within our DNA, our cellular memory, our culture, our thought forms and beliefs. We are it and it is us. Just a slight shift in awareness will allow you to express all your gifts and talents in this lifetime right now. And so it is.
