“The female host who's not a psychologist but tries very hard to sound like one is horrible. She's stiff and unnatural in her delivery, reading her cliched facts about serial killers very poorly. And as with the other PARCAST podcasts, the "facts" of the cases and stories they tell are often times not facts at all. For instance; in regards to the location of Holmes' "murder castle" they state; "even today you can take walking tours of the decrepit building..." No you can't. The house was burned down soon after his arrest and the lot that it used to stand on is a post office. I'd pass on this one and the other fare PARCAST offers. “They have got to ditch the script! So stilted. Also, why not interview a psychologist or psychiatrist? As a psychologist, it seemed to me that some of Kimberly's statements and language seemed flawed. Also, "homosexual" isn't really used anymore to describe LGBT folks.”Read full review »
