Too much self-insertion, bad narration
People who listen to true crime podcasts aren't interested in the podcasters themselves. We don't care who you are or what dramatic catchphrases you use. The fact that your "expert" is another amateur websleuth makes no sense. Why can't she just be a fellow host? Why make a big deal out of who this person is if they're not anyone important really? Because that's what TV shows do? This choice is emblematic of everything wrong with the podcast - I really wanted to enjoy it but no, that's not possible. Maybe I'll listen again in a few months and change my review?Read full review »

An interesting podcast. But the expert is clearly an actor. And her annoying 'vocal fry' is incredibly distracting!Read full review »

While the subject might be interesting the presentation is terrible. Literally the woman just reads the material. ITs as bad as middle school when people read aloud with no affect at all in their voice. So unprofessionally done, it's pathetic.Read full review »

Compared to other true crime podcasts this podcast is ok. I enjoy the content but the narrating seems forced and for lack of better words "cheesy". This podcast would be much better if there was more of a casual, yet "profesional" narration and presentation.Read full review »
