Compassionate, realistic approach to sobriety
Michelle is clearly a naturally compassionate, nurturing coach with no ego who comes to from a place of encouragement rather than shame! She’s quick to open up about her own past with alcohol, so you never have to feel judged. Michelle is great about knowing the kinds of situations that might be triggering to someone who’s sober because she’s on the journey herself, so her episodes are always relevant.

Michelle is the REAL deal! I love how she shares the good, the bad, and the ugly. She is super relatable and gives others permission to step into a posture of empowerment, freedom, and breakthrough. Looking forward to listening to more episodes! -Heidi Bramm Covered Beloved podcast

I get so much out of this podcast. I listen to many quit-lit type podcasts and this is in my top 3. I hope to one day do coaching, but until then, this helps me so much. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you do.
