There are some deep and meaningful conversations here, but I find the host often projects her own thoughts and experiences onto the guest or even corrects their language. This website is a fantastic bereavement/life resource. Grief is normal but doesn’t often feel normal when we are in the depths of it. Hearing other’s stories and learning about living with and despite the loss/losses has been a privilege.

Shapes of Grief is a warm and wonderful series. Although it is about grief in all its forms, I was delighted by how warm and nurturing it was. Liz allows her interviewees such a calm and open space to tell their stories. Who knew that grief could teach us so much about life? We need to embrace it!
