Well worth a listen
I have been a long-time fan of mystery writers, Agatha Christie being my all-time fave, but never given much thought to them beyond “well that was a good read”. This podcast is fun, interesting and informative in sharing the “behind the cover” stories of women mystery writers of the Golden Age. It’s also well produced and Caroline clearly knows her stuff. Give it a listen..you won’t be disappointed!

This podcast is so great! It’s all about writers from the golden age of crime, and also the society and background their stories and characters grew from. I really, really loved ep 1 about ‘spinsters’ in detective fiction. Enjoy!
