I struggled with orthorexia for about about five years and when I originally shared about launching this podcast I got SO many DMs wanting a deep dive on the struggle with obsessing over food, and more importantly how I overcame it. I give tips and tricks to how I started working towards a healthier relationship with food and tools I have in my tool box to this day that help me when I'm having a bad body image day.
