There are WAY too many trends that we need to breakdown and I'm starting with three of the ones that I get asked about most often: intermittent fasting, carbs (specifically carbohydrates related to things like pre-diabetes, insulin resistance, and PCOS), and the dreaded, not so scary, seed oils.
