The best one
I’ve been listening for podcasts to put me to sleep for almost 3 years now and this one is the best one I found. I love it due to the voice, I prefer a low tone, a little bit harsh and calming man’s voice to put me to sleep - this podcast has exactly this voice. No background noises - so many podcasts are badly recorded, you can hear extra noises. This one has filtered out man’s voice with some music in the backgroung. High quality sound compared to the rest of podcasts. Background music. It’s not very distinc from what other podcasts have, however, most of the time it’s well chosen and nice (not always, sometimes it bothers me). I prefer the sleep meditations over nap ones. Also, recently you uploaded a sleep story, I chose your podcasts due to meditations, not stories. For sleep stories I prefer a different podcast. Thanks for putting me to sleep for a few years now!
