“I love this podcast, ever since I found it I have ignored my other go to meditations. Most likely because it pinpoints exactly when I meditate. Usually before bed and yet still adds in the other stuff you look for in meditations. Also it just works. Best sleep is when I listen to one of these beforehand, EVERYTIME. I can’t say that about many other guided meditation ones I like.”
