Morning Sound Effects Make it hard to Sleep
The sound of birds and they are loud makes it very difficult to sleep because for centuries, we’ve been trained that the sound of birds come at wake time, not sleep time. There’s good episodes if you can find them without the loud birds or stimulating musical sound effects.. It’s very similar in having the smell of coffee and the sound of birds in trying to get to sleep. Also, sometimes the music is more stimulating than relaxing and occasionally too loud
