Calms My Bedtime Anxiety
I have been using this podcast for over a year. Formerly, I would be very anxious at bedtime, and this podcast has been a real lifesaver. I religiously listen each night, and it gives me focus and calms me down by quieting my mind. I love Katie’s voice, the sounds in the background, and I can usually drift off before the end of the episode. I have started following all of the Women’s Meditation Network’s podcasts, and use them daily, as well, because of this show. I can feel the difference in all aspects of my life that the daily mediation practice has provided. Thank you for this show AND this network. ❤️
