“I have struggled with my sleep since my 40s. The causes include getting older, 6 years of working 12AM to 8AM and menopause. I tried ambien but got very nervous about the possibility of sleepwalking or other things. I weaned myself off and still take melatonin at night. I read the Sleep Solution and use some of the techniques in the book. Sleep is much better now. I’m listening with much interest.”
